This notice covers the allywise.io website. Data processing that happens inside the AllyWise product — in particular the processing of information about customers' business contacts — is covered by a separate notice, provided to customers when the service is activated. The overall posture is described on the privacy and AI Act page. Privacy & AI Act.

What we collect
If you fill in a contact form or book a call, we collect your name, work email address, company name if you provide it, the message you write, and the consent you give to be contacted.
We also collect aggregate, anonymous usage metrics through Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These services set no tracking cookies, collect no personal identifiers and don't follow you across other sites.
We don't collect special category data under GDPR art. 9 through this website, and we don't ask you to provide it.
Why we process it, and on what basis
Form data is used to reply to you and arrange a conversation. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and thereafter the legitimate interest in managing any commercial relationship that follows.
Aggregate metrics are used to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site fast. Being aggregate and free of identifiers, they can't be traced back to you.
How long we keep it
Messages received through the site are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if a commercial relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship and any period required by law. If you ask us to delete them, we delete them.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or transfer personal data to third parties. We rely on suppliers acting as processors on our instructions and bound to confidentiality: the site's hosting and delivery infrastructure, the email service, and the appointment booking service.
Some of these suppliers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Security
The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection. We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk to protect the data you entrust to us.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise these rights, write to privacy@allywise.io. If you believe the processing breaches the law, you can contact the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Changes
If this notice changes, we update the date at the top of the document. Material changes are communicated to anyone who has already contacted us.
